Safety on every adventure

Canyoning is an outdoor activity in a natural environment. Our job is to reduce risk with preparation, equipment and clear decisions.

Safety on every adventure

Pre-adventure briefing

Before entering the canyon we explain techniques, commands, movement in water and what to do at each rappel.

Technical equipment

Helmet, harness, ropes and technical gear are provided and checked by your guide before the descent.

Insurance for every participant

Every person who purchases one of our activities is covered by an individual insurance policy for the experience.

Guide-led procedures

Guides set the anchors, manage the ropes and decide the order of the group at every drop.

Participant requirements

Each route has its own minimum age, physical condition and experience requirements. We confirm them with you before booking.

Weather conditions

Rain and water levels change canyons. We monitor conditions and adjust, change or cancel a route when it is not safe.

Changes and cancellations

If a route must change for safety reasons, we offer an alternative adventure or reschedule your date.

Certified training and partners

Our guides train and certify with recognized canyoning and rescue organizations, so every descent follows professional safety protocols.

Certified specialized tourist guide

Esteban Zavalza Peña is accredited by Mexico's Secretariat of Tourism for environmental interpretation and specialized tourism activities under NOM-09-TUR-2002.
